TopEurope.Agency is an independent transparency and reporting platform focused on protecting workers across Europe — especially those working abroad through employment and recruitment agencies.

Who We Are

We exist because too many workers face unpaid wages, unsafe housing, misleading job offers, intimidation, or abuse — often far from home and without clear information or support. Our mission is to bring clarity, accountability, and real worker voices into an industry where transparency is often missing.

Important: We are not an employment agency, and we do not recruit workers. We are a worker-focused information, review, and reporting platform.

What We Do

Collect worker experiences

We provide a secure way for workers to report issues and share real experiences, including evidence when available. Reports help identify recurring patterns such as late or missing salary payments, misleading contracts, unsafe accommodation, threats, and hidden deductions.

Maintain transparency-focused profiles

We publish agency profiles to help workers make informed decisions. These may include worker reports and reviews, repeated red flags, and publicly documented information such as media investigations or court-related reporting, where available.

Highlight good and bad practices

The goal is not to attack, but to inform. We highlight serious risks where patterns are consistent, and we also recognize agencies that demonstrate fair treatment, transparency, and reliable support.

Independence and Integrity

TopEurope.Agency is independent. We are not owned or controlled by recruitment agencies, and we do not accept payments to remove reviews or hide reports. Accuracy and worker safety come first.
